This Policy applies to all products and services provided by Trimo. Before using any products or services provided by Trimo, please be sure to read and fully understand this Policy to ensure thorough comprehension. This Policy has contractual effect after you voluntarily click to confirm your agreement, so please read it carefully and comply with it accordingly.
Furthermore, you need to commit that you are an adult when you start using this product. If you are a minor, you need your guardian’s consent to use this product and agree to comply with the relevant terms of service and privacy policy.

Section 1: Information Collection

Third-Party SDK Service Permissions: In order for you to receive message notifications, share information on third-party platforms, and use payment services, our application may integrate SDKs or similar applications from authorized partners. We may need to share personal information, including but not limited to hardware models, operating system versions, unique device identifiers. Please understand that apart from the personal information we may indirectly collect from you, the behaviors of third-party SDK service providers are governed by their own privacy policies and are not covered by this policy. However, we also strive to review third-party business qualifications and demand the legal compliance and security of service providers. Third-party SDKs include but are not limited to: RongCloud SDK, Meishi SDK, and others.

Device Information: In order to provide you with better services, send necessary notifications, or transaction messages, we may need to access your device information. Device information includes but is not limited to: device name, device model, MAC address, IMEI, unique device identifiers, device serial number, device configuration, etc. Refusing to provide this permission will only disable this specific feature, and it will not affect your normal use of other functions within the product and/or service.

Precise Location Acquisition: To provide you with improved page displays and product services tailored to your needs, we may need to access your location information (IP address, GPS location). You can stop the platform from collecting information about your device’s location by disabling the device’s location feature. Refusing to provide this permission will only disable this specific feature, and it will not affect your normal use of other functions within the product and/or service.

Recording Permission: To offer you better services, we provide voice and video services during task postings, requiring access to your mobile phone’s recording functionality. Refusing to provide this permission will only disable this specific feature, and it will not affect your normal use of other functions within the product and/or service.

Accessing App Lists: In order to provide you with improved services and assist you in logging into the app via third-party accounts, we may access the accounts created by apps installed on your device. Refusing to provide this permission will only disable this specific feature, and it will not affect your normal use of other functions within the product and/or service.

Read System Log Files: To enhance your experience, in the event of an application crash, we need to collect relevant data for prompt repairs, ensuring smoother app usage. We may need to read system log files for this purpose. Refusing to provide this permission will only disable this specific feature, and it will not affect your normal use of other functions within the product and/or service.
Section 2: How We Use Cookies
To ensure the proper functioning of the website, we store small data files called Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies primarily facilitate your use of the platform’s products or services and help the website in statistical analysis of independent visitors.

(1) Platform will not transfer your personal information to task companies, organizations, or individuals without the member’s prior permission.
(2) This website also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate members’ personal or corporate information by any means. Any member engaged in such activities, once discovered, will have their service agreement terminated immediately by the website, and their account will be suspended.

We value the protection of your personal information greatly. Except in the circumstances outlined below, we will not share your personal information with any third party outside the platform without your separate consent:

In the following situations, you can request the deletion of personal information from us by contacting customer service. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal information according to the applicable laws:

If you need to cancel your Trimo account, please submit your application on the “Trimo Application: Profile > Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account” page. After submitting your application, our customer service will review it within 3-10 working days. Once approved, we will cease to provide you with all products and/or services from Trimo. In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will anonymize or delete your personal information related to you, except where laws, regulations, or regulatory agencies stipulate otherwise regarding the storage time of user information.
Section 7: Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent
(1) You always have the choice to disclose personal information to us. Some personal information is necessary for using Trimo services, but the provision of most other information is at your discretion. You can change the scope of your authorized information collection or withdraw your consent by deleting information, disabling device features, or cancelling your account.
When you withdraw consent, we will not be able to provide services corresponding to the withdrawn consent, nor will we process the corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of information carried out based on your prior consent.
